The depth and breadth of Mr. Scala's invaluable knowledge of financial markets and trading systems stems from over 30 years experience in virtually every aspect of trading. His expertise ranges from the operations and management perspective to institutional trading. He specializes in capital markets, risk management and trading room policy, controls and has extensive experience in stock, currency, fixed income, cash, futures and options arbitrage. He understands how global events affect the markets and, through seminars and training, he now focuses on counseling clients on effective trading techniques and risk management. Mr. Mercante specializes in assisting clients in hedging activities, international securities issues, trading, risk management and arbitrage activities. He has worked in the financial services industry for over three decades, during which time he has served in management positions for several major international banks and brokerage organizations.

Past positions have included Vice President and Deputy Treasurer for the New York branch of a major Middle East bank; Vice President and Manager for the New York branch of a major European bank; Vice President of a regional American bank; and Senior Vice President for a broker dealer in international securities.

Mr. Rodrick specializes in assisting clients in the areas of foreign exchange and fixed income trading, operations, and controls. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1965, during which time he served in management positions for several major international banks as chief foreign exchange trader.

During his career, he established a corporate brokerage presence for a major interbank brokering firm and pioneered the introduction of investment houses into the interbank community.
